Frances doesn't remember a time she wasn't creating. Whether taking lessons from her Aunt Sue Sue, or turning a school project into a spectacle, Frances has found a way to design. Frances studied art throughout her childhood and into high school where she participated in Project Talent in Shreveport, LA. In college, Frances focused more on her engineering studies but in her current career has re-found her passion. Frances works in Charlotte as an Urban Designer/Civil Engineer. When not site designing, Frances attends weekly classes at the Holt School of Fine Art. This website is her portfolio, a place for her parents to see her works, and also maybe a place for you to find something you like. Frances would love to create something for you.
